i want to cry, i miss aubie so much!

any tips for phone interviews?
I have one tomorrow afternoon and I’ve got my resume, cover letter, job description and application printed out. I’m going to smile when I talk and I’m going to be in a very quiet room with the door closed. What am I missing? Oh, I’ll have water, too.
